How does JetFuel work?

JetFuel is a collection of 5 individual filler free vitamins and 3 botanical teas. Together they help balance 5 core health functions; immunity, focus and concentration, sleep, anxiety and stress and beauty.

When should I take JetFuel?

Because our capsules absorb within 30 minutes, you can take JetFuel vitamins daily at the time of day you need support.

Take ‘Get in the Zone’ when you need to focus and concentrate and ‘Sleep Time’ just before bedtime or when you need sleep. Take ‘Chill Out’ when you need to relax and wind down. ‘Beauty Glow’ and ‘Immune Support’ can be taken any time of day, but try to stick to a morning routine to build a habit.

Our botanical teas can be drunk anytime throughout the day when you need support and comfort.

We prefer drinking Health first thing in the morning. Performance is perfect for when you need to focus and concentrate. Rest is for when you need to relax and wind down.

How should I take JetFuel

The whole range has been formulated to complement each other so you can take all of them on a daily basis.

Take 1 JetFuel vitamin capsule daily with food.

Can JetFuel be taken with prescription medication(s)?

If you’re taking any other medication or are diabetic, please consult your doctor before using JetFuel just to be sure, we don’t want you to have any issues.

Do you use animal testing for your products?

We wouldn’t dream of it. JetFuel believes in protecting the natural world that we are lucky enough to live in.

Is JeFuel non GMO and organic?

JetFuel is non GMO. But, sadly, some of our ingredients aren’t available as organic. We’re working towards it but it’s more complicated than it sounds.

Is JetFuel allergen friendly?

Both the vitamins and botanical infusion teas are vegan and allergen friendly (free from wheat, gluten and dairy). Although, please note, they are made in a factory that contains traces of allergens (nuts, dairy, soya).

Can JetFuel be taken if pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our Performance botanical tea is our only product containing caffeine. But it contains just 10% Yerba Mate (natural caffeine) which is less than a coffee.

You should consult your doctor before taking this, and any of our products, if you're pregnant, nursing or taking any medication, just to be sure.

Is any of JetFuel’s packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes the whole lot.

Our vitamin pouches are 100% recyclable and our capsules are 100% veggie, made by solar powered energy.
Our shipping mailers are made of post consumer waste and our merch is recyclable and biodegradable.

Our pyramid tea bags are 100% plastic free, instead made of biodegradable corn starch. The bag, string and tag will disappear in 45 days, faster than a newspaper.

How do I know my charity donation will reach Vitamin Angels?

Don’t worry. We use a partner app called Pledgeling, which takes the charity donation immediately from your order and pays Vitamin Angels direct. No extra admin for you or us. It ensures we can start helping women and children get their well needed vitamins as soon as possible, without donations being held up in red tape.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept all credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google and Apple Pay. We've introduced Clearpay to make health accessible for one time purchases, but it’s not compatible with subscriptions.

Can I gift JetFuel?

Yes of course. JetFuel happiness is gifted.

You can either give a one time gift or a subscription. Just pop the lucky recipient’s address in the delivery address box at checkout.

We’ll do the rest, to ensure they have an awesome experience when they receive their gift.

How much is postage and packaging?

UK addresses:
Royal Mail tracked service: Free in the UK.

EU addresses:
Royal Mail tracked service: £14.50 per order
USA and Asia (Hong Kong/Singapore) addresses: £14.50 per order
We currently do not ship to any other parts of the World. But don’t worry, we’re getting to you. Just message us and tell us what country you’re in. We’ll head on over to you as soon as we can.

How can I track my order?

Easy. When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a link. Just click the link and you’ll be shown where your package is and when you can expect it.

What happens if my parcel is damaged or goes missing?

We’ll replace it. No hassle or stress. Your happiness and health are our main priorities.
