If you have requested international shipping, your JetFuel products will be delivered by Royal Mail within 7-14 days. You can track your delivery via the Royal Mail website. If you have requested UK guaranteed next day delivery, your package will arrive by DPD courier which you can track via their website.

If upon receiving your purchase you don't share our confidence and change your mind, you can simply return the entire unopened product for a refund or exchange.
You can request to return an item to us, at no cost to you, within 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it, providing your product is complete and unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in, with no shortages and the tamper seals intact.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We offer a “no quibble” guarantee but we do believe we can better serve you and improve our customer experience if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your package, we will credit the payment method you paid with, for the full purchase price that you paid for your product(s). Please allow up to 21 days for package return delivery to us, and for us to then process your request(s).
To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the product name, order quantity, order reference, where you purchased it, the date of your purchase and a short covering note to let us know the reason you’d like to return the item.
You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request, so you know we have received it and are processing the return or exchange. We will email you a prepaid returns label that covers the cost of the return and a return form to complete. Where possible please return your purchase in its original mailing packaging, including your order number or receipt of proof of purchase.
Please ensure you have all the original packaging and labels and that the item(s) is undamaged and completely unused. Use the prepaid label and include the completed returns form detailing your reasons for return. We recommend taking it to the Post Office and remembering to ask for proof of postage as we are not held responsible if your returns parcel goes missing. You can track your return by Royal Mail.
If you have not purchased your products on our e-commerce site and instead via a retailer or third party, please return your product to where you purchased it. Please note, we will not be able to accept returns that were not ordered directly from us through our own e-commerce site.
When we receive your item, we will check it and let you know by email that we have received it. Once we’ve had a chance to check the product and any supporting information you have provided, we will immediately notify you of the status of any refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment for the amount you paid for the product. If your purchase was at a special offer price, then you will only be refunded the special offer price that you paid and not the full retail value. We will let you know as soon as we have actioned your refund, so you can check with your credit card provider or payment service to establish when you can expect to receive the funds. Please note this can take up 30 days to process.
FAULTY DAMAGED GOODS
If you have opened or partly used your purchase, we will not be in a position to offer a refund unless the product was faulty or damaged when you received it. Should your purchase be faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us to explain the issue immediately at email@example.com so we can expedite a solution to ensure you have replacement product as quickly as possible. Please note, each case is dealt with on an individual basis.
